1. Shipping Within India 🇮🇳
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1499 (Pan India)
- A nominal shipping charge of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1499
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) 💵
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience across India.
COD Terms:
- COD is available on eligible orders
- An additional COD handling fee (if applicable) may be charged at checkout
- Orders placed via COD may require order confirmation via call/SMS/WhatsApp
- We reserve the right to cancel unverified COD orders
Important:
- Repeated fake or refused COD orders may lead to blocking of COD service for that customer
- In such cases, future orders will be accepted only on prepaid basis
3. International Shipping 🌍
- International shipping charges are calculated on actuals based on destination and weight
- Final charges will be shown at checkout
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next working day
5. Delivery Timeline
- Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on location & customs)
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped
7. Delays & Exceptions
Delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues
- Weather conditions
- High demand
- Customs (for international orders)
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
